Key Responsibilities\n

• Your primary responsibility will include the evaluation of mental health diagnoses, followed by the creation and implementation of customized treatment plans. This involves thorough ongoing documentation including diagnostic updates and treatment plan reviews, adhering strictly to Huckeye Health’s policies.

• You will maintain a caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits weekly, ensuring that you provide exceptional therapeutic services tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Your role will require exemplary customer service skills as you engage with clients, establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship that fosters openness and growth.

• Creativity is key in your interventions, as you will utilize innovative strategies to help clients not only achieve but surpass their therapeutic goals.

• You will also be responsible for the timely preparation and submission of individual session documentation in compliance with organizational protocol.

• Collaboration is essential; coordinating services with case managers, families, school personnel, and medical practitioners will be an integral part of your role to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, ranging from children and adolescents to couples and entire families. You will be exposed to a variety of cases concerning mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required for this position.

• You must hold a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
