Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be an essential member of our clinical team, engaging with clients and families to develop tailored therapeutic interventions. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting both individual and couples therapy sessions to address a wide range of issues.

• Implementing targeted treatment plans focusing on conflict resolution, interpersonal dynamics, and mental health challenges.

• Providing support for families dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, medical issues, and blended family dynamics.
\n
• Facilitating workshops and educational sessions to empower clients with tools for effective communication and relationship management.
\n
• Utilizing telemedicine solutions to provide flexible care options, thereby extending our reach to clients across various conditions and demographics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with diverse populations, including both adults and children/adolescents. Your clinical expertise will be vital in addressing specific family issues like job stress, separation/divorce adjustments, and mother/daughter conflicts. By focusing on holistic and family-centered approaches, you will help clients navigate interpersonal conflicts and enhance their relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in rewarding our team members generously. Salaries for this position range from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
