We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support attorneys and staff by managing legal files and case workflows from intake through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration who thrives in an organized, client-focused law firm environment.

$20 - $24 Hourly

• Maintain and update legal files using CRM and practice management systems, including HubSpot and Clio

• Organize and manage client files

• Support attorneys with document preparation, coordination, review, and filing

• Track case deadlines, tasks, and documents to ensure timely case progression

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical files

• Coordinate document execution and serve as a witness to document signings as needed

• Communicate professionally with attorneys, staff, and clients

• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures

• Preferred: 3 years of experience in a legal office or law firm

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

• Experience with Clio, HubSpot, or related software

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Close attention to detail and accuracy

• Professional phone and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
