Property Accountant

What You'll Do The Property Accountant will work cooperatively with their Team on a portfolio of commercial real estate projects / properties. Specifically, this work will include but will not be limited to the following: Monthly general ledger maintenance (GAAP & Tax basis) Tenant billings (utilities, percentage rent, CAM, and RET) Budgeting and forecasting Financial statement preparation REIT testing Cash management Assistance in the annual audit Oversight of tax return preparation Keys to Success The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter and have a solid work ethic. We're searching for someone who wants to make a positive impact on a growing organization. A dynamic individual that can pivot to and prioritize tasks will be most successful in this role. The ability to work independently and as a member of a Team is a must. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented but can also conceptualize the big picture.
