Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) - Restore Hyper Wellness  ( Weekends)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Weekend Focus: 2-3 shifts per week.
• Shift Options: Flexible 5-hour or 9-hour shifts to fit your lifestyle.

The Role

As a Weekend Nurse at Restore Hyper Wellness, you are far more than a clinician. You are a wellness advocate and a "service-sales" professional. You will provide life-changing treatments like IV Drip Therapy and IM Shots while building deep, genuine connections with our members. Key Responsibilities

• Hospitality-First Care: Provide an elite level of customer service, ensuring every member feels like a VIP from the moment they walk in.
• Assertive Wellness Advocacy: Use your clinical expertise to confidently recommend services and "sell" the benefits of our wellness protocols to help members reach their goals.
• Clinical Excellence: Perform IV starts, blood draws, and medical clearances with precision and a high-energy, positive attitude.
• Relationship Building: Create lasting connections with clients, turning one-time visits into long-term wellness journeys.

Who You Are

• Licensed (Idaho) RN:  You have the credentials, but you aren't a "typical" clinical nurse—you love the energy of a boutique wellness environment.
• Hospitality or Sales Experience: You have a background in (or a deep passion for) hospitality, sales, or high-end customer service.
• Extroverted & Assertive: You enjoy meeting new people, leading conversations, and making bold recommendations for health.

Compensation begins at $38/hr as a Full Time Nurse with a Lead Nurse earning an additional $5 an hour for responsibilities. Our nurses also earn commissions and tips earning on average an extra $5-$10 an hour.

Benefits for full and part time employees include free and discounted products and services in the store.  Full time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days.

IV RN Primary Responsibilities:

• Educating clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injections
• Administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver a variety of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants
• Guiding clients through Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
• Documenting client visits through the use of Electronic Medical Records
• Ability to excel in a multitasking environment
• Assisting staff with store services

• Participating in occasional off-site nursing events as needed
• Opportunity to earn extra money with concierge visits

• Training  new nurses and helping with continuing education.

Mandatory Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Valid State of Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Excellent peripheral IV insertion skills - training will not be completed without being able to pass the IV skills assessment and review.

• Mandatory 1+ years of experience as a nurse in a medical setting (ER, ICU, OR, PRE-OP or similar).

• Understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance and adhere to all policies and procedures.
