Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather psycho-social data, including interviews with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC with Medi Fate, you will work primarily with diverse populations, including adults and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will involve offering guidance and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s specific life circumstances and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field, with an active LMHC licensure in Washington state.

• Proven skills in treatment planning, crisis management, and implementing various counseling techniques.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct mental health counseling experience, particularly with children or adolescents in clinical settings.

• Strong understanding of various counseling methodologies including grief counseling and addiction recovery practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
