About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President/Director for Paid Social, with a focus on fashion and beauty. The successful candidate will be part of a world-class team of paid social specialists, responsible for staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving social media landscape. This role involves close collaboration with the national paid social practice to monitor the market, evaluate new opportunities, and develop training materials. The VP/Director will also take on a leadership role, managing key accounts, leading strategy development, and ensuring the delivery of excellent service and innovative strategies to clients. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10-12 years' advertising experience, including at least 3 years' hands-on paid social experience and 5 years' in a supervisory role. The role requires an exceptional understanding of media planning, negotiation, optimization, and performance analysis, particularly in the context of large-scale paid social campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success, be adept at translating brand marketing objectives into effective paid social strategies, and possess stellar communication, project management, and performance management skills. A high level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation is essential, as is a willingness to travel and a familiarity with generative AI tools.
