CRM Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and system access
• Perform routine system checks and maintain platform stability
• Support configuration of CRM features (Chat, SMS, Email, and AI tools)
• Troubleshoot basic system issues and respond to user requests
• Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Monitor chatbots and automated processes
• Create and update custom fields, layouts, and user views
• Assist with workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Support improvements across tools like Gladly, QEval, and related platforms
• Help maintain and calibrate quality assurance systems
• Monitor and validate AI-driven insights and workflows

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of CRM or related experience (Salesforce, Gladly, etc.)
• Basic understanding of databases, workflows, and CRM systems
• Familiarity with automation tools and entry-level AI features
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience generating reports and dashboards
• Exposure to AI tools in a call center or customer service environment
• Experience with CRM/e-commerce tools (Gladly, Aptos, Playvox, SAP, QEval)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)

Pay: $24-26 hourly

Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
