What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Diagnose check-engine lights, complex electrical systems, and drivability concerns.
• Troubleshoot EVAP, fuel-control, HVAC, and difficult intermittent problems.
• Verify root causes using scan tools, meters, scopes, and diagnostic equipment before recommending parts.
• Complete advanced mechanical repairs and component removals/replacements.
• Clearly document your testing, findings, and repair recommendations.
• Perform quality-control inspections and road tests, helping developing technicians improve their diagnostic process.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: Proven A-Level or strong B+ professional automotive repair and troubleshooting experience.
• Skills: Expert-level diagnostic ability with a proven track record of independently testing and verifying system failures.
• Tools: Complete set of professional automotive tools appropriate for the position (advanced diagnostic tools are a major plus).
• Credentials: Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are mandatory.
• Mindset: A reliable professional with a solid work ethic and highly dependable attendance.
