Job Title: Sr Account Executive

Location: New York, NY (Onsite/Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Sr Account Executive to join our growing team in New York. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and client-facing skills, a solid understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, and the ability to manage sales activities from prospecting through execution.

This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while supporting revenue growth, client engagement, and go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Support sales outreach efforts, lead generation, and business development activities.

Assist in executing go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives.

Manage sales pipelines, track opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions.

Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership on account planning and execution.

Develop a strong understanding of client business objectives and provide appropriate solutions.

Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments.

Drive consistent follow-up and account management activities to maximize business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Client Services.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Commercially aware with a strong desire to learn and grow within the AdTech industry.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of the AdTech ecosystem, including:

Demand-Side Platforms (DSP)

Supply-Side Platforms (SSP)

Programmatic Advertising

Digital Media Buying

Previous experience within digital advertising, media, AdTech, or MarTech industries.

Exposure to the Insurance vertical is a plus.

Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and strategic accounts.
