Account Manager

Boiler Supply Company is seeking a highly motivated and customer‑focused Account Manager to develop new business, maintain strong customer relationships, and grow sales within an assigned territory in our Fairburn, GA office. This role is ideal for a self‑driven sales professional who enjoys building long‑term partnerships and providing technical solutions to customers in the commercial and industrial markets. Our company specializes in boiler and boiler‑related equipment sales, service, and repair, with offices in Georgia and Tennessee. Below is a summary of responsibilities and required qualifications necessary to be considered for employment. Key Responsibilities Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, facility owners, engineers, and end users. Conduct sales presentations and recommend products and services that meet customer needs. Follow up on leads and identify new sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system. Stay informed on industry trends, boiler systems, and applicable regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Travel locally to customer locations throughout the assigned territory. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field preferred. 3–5 years of outside sales or technical sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of boiler and hydronic systems is preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities.
