Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota School Psychologist licensure (required)
• Experience with elementary (K-5) and middle school (6-8) student populations
• Familiarity with IEP development, behavioral intervention, and counseling
• Skilled in collaboration and communication among faculty, students, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for a caseload (EM: 25-35; MS: 20-30 students)
• Provide direct counseling and behavioral support/intervention
• Partner with teachers, parents, and leadership for holistic student support
• Assist with crisis response, safety planning, and supportive school interventions
• Work primarily onsite at one or two school buildings within the district
