Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota School Psychologist license required
• Experience in educational settings, preferably with K–8 students
• Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide counseling and behavioral interventions to students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other staff
• Assist with crisis intervention and implement student safety plans
• Manage a caseload of K–8th grade students (25–35 elementary, 20–30 middle school)
• Serve students in one building
