Step into a rewarding opportunity as a School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 academic year, supporting students in both elementary (K-5) and middle school (6-8) settings. This full-time contract position spans from late August to early June, offering the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of 45-65 students across two welcoming school sites.

Your expertise will be central to cultivating a supportive school environment where students’ academic, social, and emotional well-being are prioritized. You’ll work closely with teachers, staff, and families to provide essential services and foster positive outcomes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota School Psychologist license is required
• Experience implementing IEPs in elementary and/or middle school populations
• Strong counseling and behavioral intervention skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and teachers
• Familiarity with crisis response and student safety procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of up to 35 elementary and 30 middle school students between two schools
• Develop, implement, and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct counseling and behavioral interventions to students
• Participate in crisis intervention, providing guidance and safety planning as needed
• Consult with staff and parents to facilitate student success and social-emotional growth
