Step into an impactful role supporting student success and fostering positive school environments for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers the opportunity to work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week from August 31, 2026, through June 4, 2027. You’ll engage with both elementary (K-5) and middle school (6-8) students, providing services to caseloads of 25–35 and 20–30 students, respectively, all within one dynamic building.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must hold a valid Minnesota School Psychologist license
• Previous experience working with K-8 populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Demonstrated skills in individual and group counseling, as well as behavioral and crisis interventions
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and administration
• Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered mindset

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
• Conduct thorough assessments and provide counseling services to both elementary and middle school students
• Design and deliver behavioral interventions and supports
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive student outcomes
• Take a proactive role in crisis intervention and ensure robust student safety planning
