Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patient health, including detailed medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.

• Treat and manage work-related injuries and occupational health concerns, providing immediate care and appropriate referrals when needed.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nursing staff, and occupational health specialists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Implement and monitor health promotion and disease prevention programs, delivering educational sessions to patients and coworkers on pertinent health topics such as nutrition, physical fitness, and mental health.
• Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Conduct workplace health assessments and collaborate with management teams to develop initiatives that promote a culture of safety and well-being.
• Stay updated on advancements in nursing practices and regulatory standards relevant to occupational and primary health care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The remuneration for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 120,000 to 220,000 per year, dependent on experience and qualifications.
