Entry‑Level Doc Control

We are seeking an entry‑level contractor to support our Quality and Supplier Management teams by reviewing and organizing data packages used for shipping final products. This role focuses on checking supplier documentation, ensuring information is complete and accurate, and helping maintain compliance for each product or program.

• Enter, update, and validate records in Microsoft D365

• Review qualification and data packages and input required information

• Check documents for accuracy and compliance with internal quality requirements

• Identify and correct incomplete or outdated records

• Work with internal teams to clarify missing information or requirements

• Keep documentation organized for all updates and approvals

• Support general data clean‑up activities to reduce errors and improve system accuracy

• Experience working with quality documentation (manufacturing environment preferred)

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 (preferred but not required)

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high‑volume information

• Ability to follow established quality procedures and approval workflows

• Experience working with suppliers or vendor onboarding processes

Entry Level

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
