Cardinal Senior Care is looking for a highly organized, driven operations professional to run our office, lead caregiver recruiting, manage scheduling, and help oversee daily operations.

Your Mission

What You Will Own

• Daily office operations
• Caregiver recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Client and caregiver scheduling
• Call-off and open-shift coverage
• Caregiver communication, attendance, and retention
• Client and family concerns
• Scheduling, recruiting, and operational performance
• Process improvement and accurate office systems

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of scheduling, recruiting, office management, or operations experience
• Home care, home health, hospice, assisted living, healthcare staffing, or similar experience strongly preferred
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with scheduling software, applicant tracking systems, or CRM platforms preferred
