Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and treatment plans for clients, focusing on evidence-informed practices.

• Lead individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions addressing common issues, such as grief, loss, separation, and blended family dynamics.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health disorders and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with external specialists, healthcare providers, and community resources to provide comprehensive care for clients as needed.

• Document treatment progress and outcomes promptly and accurately in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay current with best practices in marriage and family therapy and actively participate in telehealth training sessions and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds, encountering a variety of challenges including but not limited to alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, job-related stress, medical issues, and complex family dynamics such as conflicts, separations, and adjustments to family restructuring. Your clinical expertise will help guide these individuals and families toward improved mental health and foster resilience in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation.

• Hold an active state license to practice in New York.
\n
• Completion of a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Streamline Behavioral Health Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
