Big Picture Pay Rate: $37.25 / hour Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Duration: 12‑Month Contract (July 27, 2026 – July 26, 2027) Schedule: 40 hours/week, standard Monday – Friday business hours Why You'll Love This Role In this position, you aren't just checking off tasks—you are the heartbeat of our marketing execution. You will partner with creative agencies, internal stakeholders, and field sales teams to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. It’s the perfect blend of big‑picture strategy and hands‑on creativity. What You’ll Be Doing Campaign & Project Management: Own the timelines and milestones for product launches, digital programs, trade shows, and sales enablement materials. Creative Content Development: Write, edit, and design eye‑catching marketing collateral (one-pagers, brochures, presentations) using Adobe Creative Suite. Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between agronomists, sales teams, and external agencies to keep messaging consistent and impactful. Track & Improve: Look at how campaigns perform and find clever ways to optimize workflows and marketing delivery. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 3–6 years in marketing or marketing project management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related field. Tech & Design Skills: Solid proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with project tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet is a huge plus! Superpowers: Exceptional copywriting skills, an eye for detail, and a solutions‑oriented, agile mindset. Bonus points if you have a background or interest in the agricultural or ag‑tech industry!
