Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of clients, ensuring that therapy plans are personalized and effective.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, drawing upon various therapeutic modalities to fit each client's situation, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Experiential Therapy, or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Continuously assess client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to address evolving issues or objectives.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of therapy sessions and client outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and peer consultation, enhancing your skills and staying updated on best practices in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children to adults, addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will play a pivotal role in fostering emotional resilience and supporting clients through challenging life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current LMFT licensure in good standing in the state of Maryland.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience as a LMFT is required, candidates with specialized training in trauma-informed care or working with specific populations such as LGBTQIA+ individuals or those dealing with addiction are encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
