Sales - Texas Account Executive

We’re looking for a Sales Solution Consultant Ready to sell technology that actually matters? This one’s for you. We’re JusticeONE — and for nearly 30 years, we’ve been building the software that helps law enforcement, courts, and schools across Texas do their jobs better, safer, and smarter. Think Records Management Systems, Court software, Mobile RMS, e‑Citation tools, and intelligence platforms. Real mission‑critical stuff used by real officers, judges, and administrators every single day. Key Responsibilities You’ll be the go‑to person for law enforcement agencies, municipal courts, school safety departments, and university police departments across the state — helping them understand how JusticeONE’s technology can transform the way they operate. This isn’t order‑taking. This is consultative, relationship‑driven sales where you become a trusted advisor to the people keeping our communities safe. You’ll build your own pipeline, run discovery calls, deliver product demos, put together tailored proposals, and close deals that genuinely matter. You’ll also work closely with our product, marketing, and support teams — because at JusticeONE, we’re a real team, not just a sales floor. Qualifications 3+ years of B2B software sales experience (bonus points if it’s government, public safety, or education) Excitement about learning how a police department or court operates Natural relationship‑builder who earns trust quickly Can work independently, manage own schedule, and enjoy being out in the field (expect about 50% travel across Texas) Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Background in criminal justice, public administration, or education is a big plus — but not a dealbreaker if you’ve got the drive.
