Senior Managing Consultant – Business Strategy/AI Advisor Full‑time. As a Senior Business Strategy and AI Advisor, you will lead a cross‑functional team to deliver advisory offerings in Business Strategy, AI, and Business Advisory Services. You partner with clients to shape and execute strategies that leverage AI technologies, ensuring responsible, scalable, and human‑centric adoption and overall business readiness. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on business strategy, leadership alignment, policies, governance, Centers of Excellence, process evaluation, and organizational design. Develop AI Advisory vision and roadmap, aligning offerings with advisory leadership. Serve as trusted advisor to client executives, guiding organizations from AI readiness assessment through enterprise‑scale adoption. Position Advisory as the strategic entry point for AI engagements, connecting business objectives, KPIs, and transformation outcomes. Deliver and support development of Business Advisory offerings and cross‑discipline offerings. Contribute to repeatable AI Advisory offerings (AI Starter, AI Value Accelerator, Copilot Readiness, Governance frameworks). Create frameworks, accelerators, and playbooks integrating AI maturity models (Microsoft, NIST, Google, Ng) and Responsible AI practices. Contribute to evolution of advisory portfolio through thought leadership, case studies, and market insights. Facilitate engaging conversations, workshops, and interviews to uncover insights and recommendations. Lead C‑suite workshops, envisioning sessions, and transformation roadmaps translating AI into measurable business value. Partner with cross‑functional teams (UX, data, technical, change management) to deliver holistic, human‑centered solutions. Ensure delivery of measurable value, operational efficiency, and sustainable adoption for clients. Mentor advisory consultants in AI fluency, client strategy, and facilitation skills. Support hiring, onboarding, and upskilling of advisory team. Contribute to internal AI Center of Excellence and cross‑practice enablement. Capability Building Proven experience in business strategy, value realization, and technology‑enabled transformation. Understanding of AI governance, generative AI, Copilot/LLM ecosystems, data maturity, and RAG architectures. Familiarity with Microsoft platforms (Azure, M365 Copilot, D365, Power Platform, Fabric/Databricks). Skilled in strategic roadmapping, design thinking, and executive‑level facilitation. Ability to drive adoption, manage risk, and embed responsible, ethical AI practices. High EQ, creativity, and passion for building high‑performing, future‑ready teams. Education, Certifications & Background Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Microsoft AI‑900 required; AI‑102 preferred. PROSCI or equivalent change management certification preferred. 10+ years of experience in business strategy, advisory, or consulting with a focus on AI, analytics, or digital transformation. Track record of executive engagement and trusted advisor relationships at senior levels. Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $125,000 – $190,000 USD / $125,000 – $175,000 CAD. Bonus Plan.
