CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE 

$22 - 25/hour

Onsite

Summary: Responsible for providing excellent service to our franchised store owners in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner by responding to routine and complex customer inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and online).  Primary focus is on providing ordering assistance to our store owners and online customers of MerleNorman.com.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Please note that the following description is not meant to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities and metrics but to highlight some key ones).

·     Merle Norman Cosmetics, Inc. sells directly to franchise store locations and our website. Customer Service Representatives may be involved with order entry, item lookup, shipment tracking, product recommendations and administrative tasks.

·     Provide support to store owners and customers via telephone and online (RingCentral, MS Office 365, Syspro, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud)

·     Troubleshoot product, order and shipping issues related to Merle Norman Cosmetics, Inc.

·     Store owner file maintenance, inventory management and data-entry

·     Document interactions with store owners and customers in the call-log system

·     Efficiently resolve issues, and escalate appropriate cases to fix problems in a timely manner and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution.

·     Any other duties that may be assigned to meet company goals
