Customer Service Representative (Distribution)
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay: $24.00/hour DOE
A well-established distribution company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join its team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong communication skills and experience in customer service or order processing.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle a high volume of calls while meeting deadlines.
- Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service or order processing experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and tight deadlines.
- Adaptable, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to pass a background check and E-Verify.
Compensation
- $24.00 per hour, DOE
