Role Description The Product Manager Credit Card, part-time and fully remote, is responsible for overseeing the strategy and performance of credit card-related products and services that support Tenera Home Health Care’s financial operations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing product performance, reviewing transaction trends, and identifying opportunities to optimize credit card usage, cost controls, and payment processes. The role involves conducting market research on credit card offerings, competitor programs, and industry best practices to inform product enhancements and partnerships. This position also collaborates with finance, operations, and external vendors to refine product features, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The Product Manager prepares reports, recommends improvements, and helps define roadmaps that align credit card products with organizational goals and client-focused services.\n
