Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adolescents and young adults, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy with a maximum of 8 clients to create an intimate, supportive environment conducive to healing.
\n
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with fellow clinicians, enhancing your skills and contributing to team knowledge.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development by accessing free CEUs to meet licensing requirements and explore areas of interest.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our services is on adolescents and young adults who are navigating challenging mental health and substance use issues. By offering tailored support within a virtual setting, we ensure that our clinicians can form meaningful relationships with clients, leading to positive treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT; we welcome both independently-licensed and junior-licensed professionals.

• Flexibility to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, depending on whether you choose a contract (1099) or employed (W2) position.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize cloud-based communication systems for telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is advantageous, allowing for a smoother transition into our virtual care model. Familiarity with contemporary mental health treatment methodologies is also appreciated. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working with adolescent and young adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
