Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this Accounts Receivable role, you'll receive hands-on experience while contributing to a team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
  
• Apply customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit cards
  
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
  
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short pays, and unapplied cash
  
• Maintain accurate customer account records
  
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end close activities
  
• Prepare AR reports and provide collection updates to management
  
• Partner with Accounting, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues
  
• Assist with process improvement and creating efficiencies

Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts receivable experience or equivalent accounting education preferred
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively in a team environment
