High-Volume Field Recruiter for Fast-Paced Hiring
EmployBridge, LLC
Employbridge is seeking an energetic Field Recruiter to join our team in Fairfield, OH. You will source candidates, screen resumes, interview applicants and refer qualified candidates to job assignments to meet staffing goals in a high-volume environment. You will develop creative sourcing plans, write effective online postings, manage candidate pipelines in the CRM, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance and timely order fill while representing Employbridge’s values and service standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr EmployBridge, LLC
