Commercial Litigation Associate (2–4 Years)
Business Litigation / Disputes
A well-regarded national law firm is looking to add a junior to mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to its Dallas office.
This is a great opportunity for an associate who wants to build strong litigation skills while working on meaningful, complex business disputes in a collaborative and supportive environment .
What You’ll Work On- Handling a range of commercial litigation matters
- Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Assisting with depositions, hearings, and case strategy
- Working closely with partners on active litigation matters
- 2–4 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice and/or discovery
- Looking for hands-on experience and more responsibility
- Broad exposure to commercial litigation matters
- Early responsibility and meaningful case involvement
- Direct partner access and mentorship
- Collaborative, team-oriented culture
- Dallas market (strong legal community + no state income tax)
- A great fit for associates looking to do high-quality litigation work without the intensity of some larger platforms
