Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Spring Psychotherapy Center, you will:

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

• Facilitate sessions that focus on issues such as substance abuse, relational conflicts, trauma recovery, grief and loss, and adjustment difficulties, including divorce.

• Implement evidence-based practices and develop treatment goals, strategies, and progress assessments.

• Utilize telehealth technologies and digital tools to enhance patient engagement and support service delivery.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case reviews, and supervision sessions to foster a collaborative therapeutic environment.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
