Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home or a location of your choice while being connected to our central outpatient office in Spokane. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured but adaptable schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical interviews.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs, preferences, and clinical goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to encourage independence and resilience.

• Continuously track and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on evidence and evolving client needs.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance service delivery and support ongoing therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing various mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, which may affect couples and families. Your role will enable you to foster therapeutic relationships built on trust, safety, and empathy, allowing clients to navigate their challenges effectively. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
