Role Overview The Manager, HRIS leads the operational backbone of Nordstrom's HR technology ecosystem, running day-to-day platforms, processes, and support that keep HR, Payroll, and the business moving. This role leads a team of Systems Analysts and is accountable for developing them into strong HRIS professionals while delivering reliable, high-quality operational outcomes. What You Will Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of Systems Analysts, support individual career development, lead assigned portions of the HRIS operational portfolio, and serve as a senior subject matter expert on HRIS matters.
