Onboarding Coordinator

Pro Care Unlimited by Abound Health is seeking an Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical part in ensuring new hires have a smooth, compliant, and welcoming onboarding experience. You will be responsible for managing employment documentation, supporting onboarding workflows, and helping maintain high-quality hiring compliance standards. This role is onsite, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. The office is located at 24725 W 12 Mile Rd, Suite 200, Southfield, MI 48034. Key Responsibilities Review employment packets for accuracy and completeness Verify I-9 documentation and ensure all required hiring documents are collected Review pay details and employment information with new hires Ensure all onboarding and credentialing requirements are met in accordance with state and federal guidelines Provide a professional, timely, and positive onboarding experience Create and maintain employee profiles in HRIS systems Partner with internal teams to support efficient onboarding processes Qualifications Experience in HR, onboarding, staffing, or administrative support (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to manage confidential information in compliance with regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work onsite full-time in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment Proficiency with HRIS or data‑entry systems (preferred) Education High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation & Benefits The target hourly pay range for this full‑time position is between $20 and $22 per hour. Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment.
