Real Estate Property Accountant - GAAP, Budgets & Reporting

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to handle the financial accounting for a portfolio of real estate properties. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring GAAP compliance. The ideal candidate has knowledge of real estate accounting and related software. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's in accounting and 2+ years in real estate/property accounting; CAM reconciliation experience is required, with strong Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
