Efficient Air Service is hiring a full-time In-Home HVAC Sales Representative in Riverdale, NJ. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential of $160,000-$300,000+ annually, based on individual sales performance.

Sales representatives receive support from experienced office, service, and installation teams. There is room to work independently, along with clear expectations for communication, documentation, and customer follow-through.

What You Will Do

Meet with homeowners who are considering replacing or upgrading their heating and cooling systems.

Each appointment includes evaluating the existing system, uncovering comfort and reliability concerns, presenting replacement options, explaining pricing and financing, handling objections, and guiding the homeowner toward a decision.

This is a consultative role, but it is also a closing role. Success requires the ability to listen, lead the conversation, and confidently ask for the sale.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has experience as an HVAC Comfort Advisor, HVAC Sales Representative, or residential in-home sales professional.

HVAC Service Technicians and HVAC Installers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Proven in-home salespeople from roofing, windows, siding, solar, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, pest control, painting, automotive, and other high-ticket industries will also be considered.

HVAC experience is preferred, but strong sales ability, initiative, accountability, and follow-through are just as important.

Required Qualifications

You must be comfortable working independently, managing customer appointments, discussing pricing, handling objections, and following through without constant reminders.

A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required. This is a full-time, appointment-based position serving residential customers in Riverdale, NJ, and the surrounding area.

Relevant Experience

Strong candidates may come from roles such as HVAC Comfort Advisor, HVAC Sales Representative, HVAC Service Technician, HVAC Installer, or residential home-comfort sales.

We will also consider proven in-home sales professionals from roofing, windows, siding, solar, remodeling, plumbing, electrical, pest control, painting, automotive, and other high-ticket industries.
