A growing distribution and services organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a high-volume AR function, improve collections performance, and develop a team of accounts receivable professionals.



Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team responsible for collections, credit, and receivables activities.
• Drive improvements in cash collections, reduce aging receivables, and strengthen overall AR performance.
• Monitor aging reports and partner with internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, and accountability measures to drive team performance.
• Support credit management, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including supervisory or team lead experience.
• Proven success improving collections performance, reducing aging receivables, and driving cash flow improvements.
• Experience in a B2B, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel.
