Senior People Operations Leader, HR Tech & Process Automation

Mixpanel is seeking a People Operations Manager to own the HR technology stack, transform processes, and partner with Payroll, IT, Legal, and the broader People & Talent team to scale operations. You will work directly with vendors and HRBPs to ensure compliant, user-friendly systems that drive efficiency and trust in data. In the first year, you’ll move us from current configurations to improved, auditable processes, building a tiered support model and a roadmap for a high-growth global #J-18808-Ljbffr Mixpanel-1
