Acerca del rol
Dentro de este gran viaje, buscamos incorporar un/a Senior Key Account Manager para nuestra oficina de Miami, con responsabilidad comercial sobre diferentes países de América Latina. ¿Eres tú esta persona?
Liderarás el desarrollo de negocio, la gestión de cuentas estratégicas y la expansión comercial en la región LATAM, actuando como enlace clave entre clientes, proveedores y equipos internos.
Funciones principales
Buscamos a un/a profesional con visión comercial internacional, capacidad para construir relaciones sólidas a largo plazo y mentalidad orientada al crecimiento de negocio.
- Gestión y desarrollo de cuentas clave en mercados de América Latina.
- Fidelización y crecimiento de cartera de clientes.
- Apertura de nuevos mercados y captación de oportunidades comerciales.
- Negociación de acuerdos comerciales, planificaciones y licitaciones.
- Desarrollo e implementación de estrategias comerciales adaptadas a cada mercado.
- Seguimiento integral de proyectos comerciales y análisis de viabilidad.
- Coordinación continua con equipos internos de compras, logística y dirección comercial.
- Identificación de tendencias de mercado, clientes objetivo y nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Representación de la compañía en reuniones comerciales, ferias internacionales y visitas a clientes.
- Gestión y resolución de incidencias comerciales bajo entornos dinámicos y exigentes.
- Elaboración de reporting comercial y seguimiento de objetivos.
Perfil requerido
Valoramos especialmente perfiles con iniciativa, resiliencia, capacidad analítica y habilidad para desenvolverse en entornos multiculturales y altamente competitivos.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones comerciales internacionales dentro del sector alimentación.
- Experiencia demostrable en exportación y gestión de mercados LATAM.
- Capacidad de negociación y gestión de grandes cuentas.
- Perfil claramente orientado a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Experiencia en prospección y desarrollo de nuevos mercados.
- Conocimiento de protocolos y operativa de exportación internacional.
- Alta capacidad organizativa, planificación y coordinación.
- Persona resolutiva, proactiva y acostumbrada a trabajar bajo presión.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Implicación, compromiso y dedicación exclusiva al proyecto.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma habitual por América Latina.
- Flexibilidad horaria para adaptación a distintos mercados.
Requisitos imprescindibles
- Inglés bilingüe o nivel profesional avanzado.
- Se valorará positivamente el dominio de otros idiomas.
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas y entornos digitales.
- Conocimiento y gestión de redes profesionales/comerciales.
- Permiso de trabajo válido para EEUU.
