LEAD Community Justice Case Manager

Evergreen Treatment Services (REACH) seeks a Community Justice (LEAD) Case Manager to provide engagement and intensive case management to individuals suspected of low‑level drug offenses and/or prostitution. The role supports a caseload of about 25–30 participants, working with LEAD partners, housing providers, and other community organizations.
