You can specialize and gain expertise in different areas, such as becoming a financial advisor with Eagle Strategies LLC, our investment advisory division, to offer wealth management, estate‑planning strategies, and business solutions. Compensation Our commission‑based compensation lets you determine your own income. In 2023, the average income of agents who met annual minimum sales production requirements was $117,359. Individual performance determines your income.
