Responsibilities General accounting & reporting relating to federal & state grants, cost & government accounting, and auditing Manage vendor relationships, including resolving invoice discrepancies, handling payment inquiries, and maintaining accurate vendor records Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger support as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree; preferably in Accounting Advanced Excel experience (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) 2+ years of grant accounting experience Strong understanding of general accounting principles, general ledger and journal entry experience Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
