In this remote position, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, conducting sessions in the comfort of your own space while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for exploration and growth.

• Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated and holistic care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Respond to crises with empathy and skill, providing immediate support in acute situations, and guiding clients through distressing episodes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
