Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of clients, developing therapeutic rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, providing support, and discussing discharge plans when appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintaining detailed progress notes and documentation for every client interaction to ensure continuity of care.

• Executing comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses and treatment readiness.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
