This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually and comes with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Work Environment\n

This role is primarily a telehealth position, allowing you to work remotely while providing high-quality mental health therapy. Our practice adopts a flexible work setting that encourages work-life balance. You will adhere to a structured schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments utilizing culturally sensitive tools to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, integrating cultural considerations into therapy methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing innovative strategies to address diverse mental health issues and encourage patient engagement.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to patients during mental health emergencies, employing skills to stabilize and guide them towards appropriate resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
