Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, enabling you to provide high-quality care in a setting that best suits your needs while still remaining connected to our team. While your primary hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evening shifts may be required to accommodate the dynamic needs of our patient population. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, taking into account the significant impact of medical conditions on the patients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, integrating evidence-based approaches.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care methods.

• Collaborate closely with medical providers to ensure a coordinated care approach, exchanging valuable insights regarding patient progress and treatment adjustments.

• Engage effectively in crisis intervention scenarios, providing immediate support to patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Educate patients on the interplay between mental health and physical health issues, helping them to better manage their conditions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning sessions to contribute to holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with diverse patient populations, focusing on individuals with complex needs stemming from co-occurring medical and mental health conditions. You will provide care to clients dealing with chronic pain, obesity, anxiety disorders, and addiction issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals facing co-occurring medical and mental health problems.

• Strong history of collaborating with medical professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and counselling skills.
\n
• Ability to maintain ethical and professional standards while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
