Work Environment\n

This remote role allows you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions via telehealth technologies, making it easier for you to engage with patients and providing the best possible care from home. While the typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you should be open to the occasional evening shifts based on patient needs, ensuring that we offer timely support to those who require it.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that consider the effects of medical conditions on patients' psychological health.

• Develop and execute integrated treatment plans that address patients’ mental health alongside their physical well-being, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population consists of individuals facing dual challenges of mental and physical health issues, including chronic discomfort, substance use, and significant emotional distress stemming from medical diagnoses. You will engage with a diverse array of clients, requiring innovative therapeutic strategies tailored to their multifaceted needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated ability to address the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
