Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, including structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools, to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align therapeutic goals with each client's unique life circumstances and preferences.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, aimed at fostering positive behavioral change.

• Utilize advanced teletherapy tools to offer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients despite geographical barriers.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, supporting clients in acute distress or emergency situations and coordinating effectively with external resources when required.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on professional license.
