Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, developing a clear understanding of each client’s background and needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ therapeutic goals, regularly updating these plans based on their progress.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices and adapting your approach to suit each unique client dynamic.

• Educate clients on effective coping mechanisms and self-care strategies to empower them in managing their mental health.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting therapeutic approaches as required to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure that clients receive holistic care that addresses all aspects of their health.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients’ treatment progress in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required, ensuring you possess the foundational knowledge to provide effective mental health care.

• Current state licensure as a professional counselor is mandatory to practice in El Paso, Texas.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual, couple, and group counseling in a clinical setting, showcasing your capability to meet diverse client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position falls within the salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
