Customer Service Representative, Passenger Service Passenger Service O'Hare Int'l Airport, Chicago, IL Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid Driver's License At least 2 years of experience in passenger service. Previous work experience as ramp agent or similar role (preferred) Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills Willing to work any hours/shifts/holidays/weekends and in inclement weather Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office Understanding in diverse cultures Customer Service Desk Associate (The training will start on Aug 24th, 2026) Customer Service Contact Center, the Americas Torrance, CA, the USA Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (The employer does not provide visa sponsorship) Excellent interpersonal skills Must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Requirements : Japanese / English Bilingual Customer Service Representative Passenger Service Daniel K.Inouye International Airport/ HNL Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid Driver's License Experience in airline passenger service, or a similar role (Preferred) Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must be flexible and willing to work all shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, and to perform duties in inclement weather Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Strong computer (PC) skills (Proficiency in MS Office) Bilingual (Japanese/English) is highly preferred.
